GnuPG stands for GNU Privacy Guard and is GNU's tool for secure communication and data storage. If you choose to include order details (credit card information) into admin order notification messages, you are likely to need a tool for encrypting data sent to the store admin via email. In this case GnuPG as an external crypto engine can be a good solution.
If you selected GnuPG to be used as an encryption method for your emails (General settings ->Security options), set GnuPG options.
Click on General settings in the Administration menu, select GnuPG options from the section menu.
Set the options below:
• Home path: Enter the path to GnuPG home directory.
• GnuPG binary path: Enter the path to GnuPG executable.
• GnuPG user id: Enter your user ID.
• GnuPG public key: Enter the public key that will be used to encrypt your data.
Click on Save to apply the changes.
You can test if GnuPG encryption method is working correctly.
Click the link at the bottom of GnuPG options page ('Click here to test data encryption by GnuPG/PGP'). The Test PGP/GnuPG form will appear.
