All of our products are shipped to you in sturdy plain, brown envelopes and boxes. For your protection of privacy the return address will appear as: Warehouse with no revealing markings.

No one but you will ever know what’s inside your package.

How We Calculate Shipping Costs
For one item, there is a fixed cost of $7.95. Then all other items added are calculated by the weight of your entire order. The cart will calculate your total shipping when you move through checkout. You'll be able to view totals before you complete your order. 

Shipping Methods:

We offer convienient shipping options to deliver your products fast, safe, and reliably. IMPORTANT: You MUST Register and or Log-in if your already registered to get proper shipping calculations.

  • USPS Priority =  Estimated 3 to 5 business days (in the US).
  • USPS International Priority = Arrival depends on country, typically about 7 t o11 days. 
  • The day of shipping will depend on and is subject to product availability. Please notify us of any special shipping arrangements and or deadlines.
  • NOTE:  From the time you place your order please allow between 24 and 48 hours before your order leaves our warehouse. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday and all major holidays so please fac tor this in when estimating your delivery times.
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS AND IS STOLEN, LOST OR VANISHES AFTER THE DELIVERY SERVICES DELIVERS/LEAVES YOUR PACKAGE! WE SHIP EVERYTHING WITH TRACKING NUMBERS AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATIONS WHICH WILL VERIFY SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY. IF YOU THINK YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE STOLEN OR LOST, YOU SHOULD CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND PUCHASE SOME SHIPPING INSURANCE AT ADDITIONAL COSTS TO YOU. IF YOUR PACKAGE DOES END UP MISSING AFTER IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED, IT IS BETWEEN YOU AND THE DELIVERY SERVICE.  

Outside U.S. and Canada.

Customers outside the U.S. and Canada have these options:
Typically the cost for overseas shipping will be approximately $25.00 U.S. dollars for USPS Priority International Overseas Airmail. This cost will vary depending on the quantity (weight) of your order, the address and the exact country you live in. It could turn out that the shopping cart shipping estimate does not meet the final actual costs the post office will charge us to ship to your country. In that case you agree to pay the diference. We never charge a handling fee and only bill the true shipping costs that the post office charges us.

Although every effort is made to pack items securely, we will ship these items overseas only at customer's risk. We will insure the package for a additional fee charged to your bill at your request only. WE ARE NOT RESPONSEBLE FOR ANY ORDERS DELAYED AND OR CONFISCATED BY CUSTOMS AGENTS.

Form of Payment for international orders:

  • VERIFIED PayPal ONLY! NO exceptions. Unverified PayPal accounts will be rejected. Also, if you place an order with an international address using a credit card, the order WILL be cancelled and your credit card refunded.

Customs Charges: The customer is responsible for any customs charges accessed by his or her own country. Small orders are rarely assessed customs charges, but when they are required, the additional sum is usually collected by the local post office at the time of delivery. IMPORTANT! We are NOT responsible for customs actions against your shipment.

Other: Due to the prohibitive cost of international phone calls, we cannot return international calls or faxes. Email communication is preferred.

Returns:

Due to the ”health related” nature of our products, only manufacture defects or items with concealed damages as a result of shipping will be authorized for return. The merchandise returned must be in original packaging and free of any and all customer markings, tags or stickers.

Sealed packages:

Because we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened (unless there is a manufacture defect), before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version.

Defective/Damaged products:

Any damages must be reported to Adulttoydiscounters.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All merchandise that leaves our warehouse is inspected as it is pulled and packed and is shipped in excellent condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or re-taped, you MUST file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery. No exceptions will be made here. Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.

If your product is not functioning properly, please call our Customer Support Department at 1-818-332-7931 Monday thru Friday, from 10am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time, USA as soon as possible (but not later than 10 days from purchase).

NOTE: All products come with a manufactures limited warranty. If a product is deemed defective, it is your responsibility to also contact the manufacturer within the time frame of the warranty. That information is included with the product.

In such case, we will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. No toy can be accepted for a return if it has been used. If any item is returned and our inspectors deem that it has been used it will be returned to you at your expense. We stress that you should inspect any item thoroughly before you use the item.

Replacement items ship as soon as the defective item is received and inspected and cleared by our Returns Department. All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us within 30 days of your original invoice date. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RA. RA's expire in 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.

If you fail to follow these protocols, you automatically waive any claim to a refund and or replacement.
